BOOKING AND BILLING CONDITIONS

 

Agency Fee:                                         A 20% agency fee will be added to the total billed rate.

                                                                Usage over 12 months will be calculated on a per job basis.

Preparation:                                         Prep time is billed at full rate.

Lingerie:                                                Client must specify type of lingerie at the time of booking.  Agency will clear details of booking with model before accepting the job.  Nightgowns, slips and/or body stockings are billed at time and a half per hour. Bras, panties, girdles and/or pantyhose are billed at double the hourly rate. Lingerie and underwear must be photographed on a closed set.

Overtime:                                              In the event a booking exceeds the time booked, time is billed in 15 minute increments.

Hourly Rates:                                       One hour minimum on all bookings not otherwise specified.  In the event a booking exceeds the time booked, time is billed in 15 minute increments according to the studio clock. Length of booking must be specified in advance and full time booked must be paid for, whether used in its entirety or not.

Day Rate:                                              A day rate consists of eight consecutive hours with a half hour lunch break. Time and a half will be charged for time booked before 8:00 a.m., after 6:00 p.m., time exceeding eight hours and anytime on Saturday.

Rate Negotiation:                                Rates are to be negotiated between the agent and client and should never be discussed with model/talent.

Billing:                                                    At the time of the booking clients must be prepared to give name, address, job number, and name of individual authorized for payment. For new and/or out of town clients we request a credit reference along with the signed booking agreement. We also reserve the right to request full or partial payment in advance.

Editorial Rate:                                      The rate must be specified at the time of booking.  If the agency and model are not properly credited the client will be billed at full rate.

Weather Permit:                                 Client must specify weather permit at the time of the booking or full fee is charged.  A cancellation notice of three hours is required prior to the booking.  The rescheduled booking must take place within a two week period, otherwise a cancellation fee may be charged.

Travel:                                                   No additional charges will apply for locations within 100 miles of the model or talent’s residence.  Long distance travel expenses must be negotiated prior to booking. The agency must be provided with the address and telephone number of all locations.

Alternative  Talent:                             If model/talent becomes ill or is unable to keep a booking for personal reasons, Splash Model Management will provide an acceptable alternative model/talent at the same rate or lower, whichever is prevailing.

Client  Responsibilities:                    - Advise agency of extraordinary conditions or requirements.
- Specify usage at time of booking.
- Specify weather permit.
- Specify exact wardrobe requirements.
- Provide adequate dressing facilities in studio or on location.

Payment Terms:                                 Payment is due in full no later than 30 days from day of job.  All checks are to be made payable to the Agency.  A late fee of 2% will be added to invoices more than 30 days late.  A discount of 2% will be given when payment is received by the agency in full within 7 days of job.
